Welcome to Hotel Kyjev

Hotel Kyjev is one of the very few cheaper hotels in the heart of Bratislava, a high-rise building designed in the 1970s conveniently located just five minutes walk from the historical city centre at a very reasonable price.

In the Communist era, it used to be the place for dignitaries and businessmen from friendly countries to stay and it certainly looks it both on the outside and within, but many foreign visitors actually appreciate the spirit of the era long gone by that lingers on the premises (that also explains the name of the hotel - Kiev referring to the Ukrainian capital).

The rooms are furnished with simple, practical furnishings, although often dating back to the hotel's "golden era". All rooms have en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Kyjev offers friendly staff, cuisine (including breakfast consistently praised by guests) and fairly cheap accommodations in the city centre for business and leisure travelers.

While offering no great luxury, due to its location, Kyjev is good value for money for travelers who are willing to accept 2-star standards in favour of a central location.

Total capacity: 380 beds in 180 rooms and 5 suites. There are single, double and triple rooms’ available. Restaurant with the capacity of more than 500 seats, cafe-bar, Kyjev Club in the hotel.
