Healing treatments – individua therapeutic programme based on guest’s health and physician’s prescription which includes up to 36 treatments per week (7nights). The therapeutic programme is aimed at the treatment of musculoskeletal system damaged by being overweight and on weight reduction and includes the following treatments:
- treatments using unique thermal minerál water and healing sulfurous mud (mud pack, mud pool, mirror pool, individua tub baths)
- special kinesiotherapy, individual rehabilitation
- underwater massages accompanied by Scottish sprays
- intensive group kinesiotherapy in the gym and group hydrokinesiotherapy in the pool
- consultation with a personal fitness trainer, preparation of a training programme
- daily conditioning exercise in the fitness centre, daily stationary bicycle training, Nordic Walking
- vasoactive carbon therapy: dry karbon baths, tub carbon baths and gas insufflations
- further treatments based on physician’s prescription composed from the offer of hydrotherapy, massages, heat therapy, electrotherapy, carbon
therapy and other treatments
Full-board - special reduction diet
Physician and health examinations - with special emphasis on symptoms of obesity and related complications + localization of body fat + individual food intake regime by prescription + consultation with a dietary assistant + BMI and WHR checkup twice a week
Diagnostics and laboratory tests - Laboratory tests aimed at checking metabolic functions (urine test, glycaemia, uric acid, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, beta lipoproteins, hepatic tests, blood count, FW – sedimentation, based on physician’s prescription), ECG

-labile diabetes with repeated acidosis, pregnancy
-dependency on alcohol or other habitual substance
-incontinence of urine or stool
-states requiring constant care by a third person
-epilepsy with frequent seizures
